David Walker is one of Canada’s most respected and well educated wine personalities…and not just because he tastes a lot of wine. After working as the Director of Wine at the Banff Springs Hotel, he started his own import company. We are now thrilled to call him our illustrious leader, head wine guy, boss, co-owner and guy with his name on the sign.
